Hello Woophy members around the globe,
I just wanted to know how you experience the speed of the Woophy website in your country.
If the site is slow we might have to invest in a mirror server in another part of the world
Any comment appriciated

Here in Holland it works just perfect.
Just a handful tip:
If members want to see there route over the world they can see it at this way:
- open DOS command (start, run, type cmd)
- in the DOS comment type: tracert www.woophy.com and push enter
- here you can see how data is travelling over the world and where things go wrong.
In my case if have data over 9 hubs with the worst time 31 ms that is perfect.
Over 50 ms can be a problem in connection time.
Just want to let you people know this feature.

Holland works fine (in general). Only building up the first screen takes some time.

Like Rhett it's very good in France (center). ( We are more limitated by our connection than by your server) ;) (9 router too between me and server01.woophy.com)

Checked Oscars transfer time thingy and noticed a 59 ns at the ....netholding.nl with most of the 11 transfers times around 22 to 36 ms.

Slow here, lately Woophy is working slow, images are not downloaded as fast as it was some time before. I thought this was because the number of users is still growing up fortunately.
This was the result of the pings, tracert, as you see the connection is okay until it leaves Uruguay, after that it connects with sprintlink.net which is a company in the USA apparently.
It is not something absolutely slow or unusable but it worked better before, 5 months ago.
Anyway I would like to read how it works for other people in America.

As Marcos said, it varies. Today in the central USA it is pretty slow, although I have seen it even slower. Some days it is quite fast. I am on a cable hook up.

@Marcos, how is the ping time and the packet loss ?
Use: ping woophy.com -t
You can stop with ctrl-c.
Have a look at your ping time and how many packets there are lost.
For each packet it is lost during tranfer your computer has to ask for the data again until it is good. That's why it is slow.
Internet data is going through the net via the easiest way. Not the shortest but the quickest. A tranfer to my neighbour country Germany goes via a .com and the UK. Not the shortest but the fastest.
Seems you have problems leaving your country !

This was the result Oscar, anyway the values might not be real because my brother is playing online games right now in the other computer by the same internet connection, I can do it again later if you want.
