New Unofficial Contest Moderator	# Posted: 1 Jan 12 19:36 Welcome to the New Unofficial Contest - Most Beautiful Photo of the year 2011. Please read the rules carefully. If you have any questions about the contest, please don’t hesitate to contact us at new.unofficial.contest@gmail.com. The rules: • you may post one or two photos. • these photos must be out of your own Woophy portfolio. • these photos must have been uploaded to Woophy in 2011 (picture id between 1126184 and 1271622) • leave your photos in one post, please add the ID numbers of the photos to facilitate voting. • text posts (without an added photo) are not allowed and will be deleted for keeping the topic as simple and 'clean' as possible. • posting period ends after two weeks, i.e. the 15th of January 12:00p.m. (midnight) Woophy time. • the start of the voting period will be announced in the forum, you will have ten days to vote. • every member has ten votes. If you leave more than ten votes, your last ten votes will be counted. • it is not allowed to vote for your own photos, even when voting with duplicate or fake accounts. Votes identified as such will not be counted. Members voting for their own photos may be excluded from this and/or further contests. • jury members will not take part in the contest. How does it work: 1 posting (two weeks, starting January 1st) You may post two photos in this topic. Please only post photos from your own Woophy portfolio and within the contests date range. Leave your photos in one post and add the id numbers to facilitate voting. 2 voting (ten days) After the end of the posting we will open a new forum topic for the voting. You may vote by clicking on the posted NUC-image. Simply enter the id (and please only the id) of the photo you want to vote for. Every member has ten votes. You can only vote once for a photo, you are not allowed to vote for your own photos. Your last ten votes will be counted. 3 counting after the end of the voting period the votes are counted. 4 review The twenty pictures with the most votes will be reviewed by a jury. The jury has the difficult task to choose and announce the top three photos of the contest. The jury for this contest will consist of the four members of the organization team. The winner of the contest will be awarded with a special contest winner icon added to her/his user profile. The NUC is organized by Woophy members for Woophy members.
