I have just posted a topic on "best of woophy" called black and white with a splash of colour, if you are not sure how to edit a photo to "pop" the colour here is a tutorial link for you to try yourself http://www.photoanswers.co.uk/Advice/Search-Result s/Techniques/How-to-pop-colour/ but you will need to have photoshop or simaliar software to try it.
